We are seeking a talented Lake zone cluster Area sales officer whose purpose is to achieve maximum outlet coverage, share of shelf, and sales targets within the assigned territory through disciplined execution and trade relationship management.

• Manage outlets in assigned territory with 98%+ coverage monthly
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through distributor collaboration
• Ensure perfect store execution (POS placement, stock rotation, pricing compliance)
• Supervise and coach Sales Representatives in territory execution
• Identify and develop new outlets and expansion opportunities
• Resolve trade disputes and manage credit within policy limits
• Report daily sales, competition activity, and market intelligence
• Work hand in hand with supporting functions.

• 3+ years FMCG field sales experience in Mwanza/Geita/Tabora/Kigoma
• Deep knowledge of the assigned territory's trade landscape
• Strong coaching and team leadership skills
• Active Driving license
• High integrity and resistance to trade malpractice pressures
