We are seeking a person to execute mobile brand experiences and sampling campaigns that build brand awareness and trial across Tanzania through strategic deployment of promotion assets.

• Develop quarterly national tour plan for promotion truck aligned with cluster priorities
• Execute sampling and promotional activities at high-traffic locations nationwide
• Manage promotion truck logistics, maintenance, and branding
• Train and manage promotion teams (brand ambassadors) for each activation
• Coordinate with cluster teams to maximize local impact of tour stops
• Ensure safety and compliance of all mobile promotions
• Capture prospect data and measure campaign impact
• Manage promotion inventory and budget for mobile activations

• 3+ years experience in event management or mobile promotions
• Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Class C or above)
• Mechanical basic knowledge for truck troubleshooting
• Strong logistical planning and execution skills
• Ability to lead teams in field conditions
• Willingness to be on road 80% of time
