The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business needs, processes, and data to recommend effective solutions. The role focuses on improving efficiency, supporting decision-making, and ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into functional and technical specifications.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to design solutions
• Support system development, testing, and implementation of new features
• Develop process flows, user stories, use cases, and requirement documents

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
