We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive to drive sales of building materials including sand, aggregates (kokoto), stones, and construction debris. The role involves actively going into the field to identify new customers, build strong relationships, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, presentable, and experienced in B2B and field sales within the construction or building materials sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, construction companies, developers, and individuals)
  • Conduct field visits to construction sites and potential customer locations
  • Promote and sell building materials such as sand, aggregates, stones, and debris
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals effectively
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely delivery of materials and truck services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products
  • Proven experience in field sales (hunting role)
  • Strong understanding of the local construction market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must be presentable and professional
  • Basic knowledge of logistics coordination is an added advantage
