We are seeking an innovative Coastal Cluster Sales Manager to lead the Coastal cluster (Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Zanzibar) by executing a strategic plan that secures over 70% of the national revenue. You will manage and coach a team of 10 direct reports, balancing resources between Dar es Salaam’s competition and Zanzibar’s seasonal peaks.

· Develop and execute cluster sales strategy targeting 70%+ of national revenue

· Lead, coach, and manage 8-10 direct reports (ASOs and their SRs)

· Allocate resources dynamically between Dar's hyper-competition and Zanzibar's seasonal peaks

· Design and monitor trade programs for on-trade for Coastal cluster

· Achieve monthly sales targets( revenue and Volume) with optimal product mix and profitability

. Work hand in hand with Key Account and Marketing Executive on making sure we win share in modern trade space in Coastal.

· Work hand in hand with RTM Manager and Coordinators to make sure Coastal cluster is meeting its KPIS

· 5+ years FMCG sales experience with 3+ years managing Dar es Salaam market

· Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in trade analytics

· Fluent in Swahili and English; competitive resilience
