The Marketing and Social Media Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive engagement, and increase conversions. The role oversees digital presence, ATL and BTL initiatives, agency coordination, campaign performance, and cross-functional alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversee content creation and management across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality, engaging content (copy, graphics, and video).

Community & Engagement

  • Manage daily interactions across social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Build and maintain a strong, engaged online community.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance.

ATL (Above-the-Line) Marketing

  • Lead brand awareness campaigns across mass media channels, including digital display, outdoor (OOH), radio, and print.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Support media planning and channel selection to maximize reach and impact.

BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing.

  • Develop targeted campaigns such as email marketing, POS promotions, and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute experiential marketing activities, including events and activations.
  • Use CRM data to segment audiences and deliver personalized campaigns that drive conversions and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
