We are seeking a design, implement, and optimize Company's distribution models across all clusters to ensure maximum coverage, efficiency, and service levels.

• Develop cluster-specific RTM strategies (urban, tourist, border, remote)
• Design distributor tier structures, coverage standards, and service level agreements
• Optimize route plans and coverage models for maximum outlet penetration
• Develop and monitor RTM KPIs (coverage, frequency, fill rates, costs)
• Lead distributor capability building programs and performance management
• Analyze trade data to identify distribution gaps and opportunities
• Manage RTM budget and cost-to-serve optimization
• Lead team embedded in clusters
• Technology usage to distributors and Sales force

• 5+ years FMCG distribution/RTM experience
• Deep understanding of Tanzanian distribution landscape
• Strong analytical and process design skills
• Experience managing distributor networks
• Proficiency in route optimization software and tools
• Active Driving Licence
