Descriptions

To plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of ICT projects across the Bank, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with the Bank’s strategic and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of ICT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Ensure ICT projects comply with governance, cybersecurity, and quality assurance standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve project delivery.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


Professional Certification

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is required.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing ICT projects in a banking or financial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and technology implementation.


Skills

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Deep understanding of ICT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
