Descriptions

The Manager of Corporate Communications & Digital Strategy will serve as the central nervous system for the Group’s public image. You will bridge the gap between internal business goals and external brand presence by orchestrating agency efforts across organic social, PR, and high-performance paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Agency Liaison & Paid Social Media Strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Group’s advertising and digital agencies.
  • Paid Media Oversight: Manage and optimize budgets for paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube). Review ad sets, targeting strategies, and bidding models to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Translate business objectives into creative briefs for both organic content and performance marketing funnels.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS) and ensure the agency is

hitting conversion KPIs rather than just engagement.

2. PR & Reputation Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance the Group’s visibility in key markets.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, coordinate media interviews, and manage

relationships with journalists.

  • Monitor industry trends to identify proactive PR opportunities for the Group’s leadership.

3. LinkedIn Strategy & Executive Branding

  • Own the LinkedIn presence for all group properties, focusing on B2B lead generation and corporate storytelling.
  • Work closely with C-suite executives to build their professional profiles and

position them as thought leaders.

  • Create high-value content that highlights group milestones, industrial expertise, and CSR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing.
  • The Performance Specialist: You aren't just creative; you are data-driven. You understand how to scale a post that is performing well and when to cut spending on an underperforming ad.
  • Strategic Writer: You can pivot from a formal press release to a punchy, high-conversion ad copy.
  • Multi-Tasking Pro: Ability to manage the unique brand identities of various group properties (e.g., Steel, Lubricants, Real Estate, Agriculture)

simultaneously.

Technical Skills (The Toolkit)

  • Paid Social: Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytics: High proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag tracking.
  • Management: Experience with Social Media Management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • PR: Familiarity with PR distribution networks and media monitoring tools.
