The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services to potential and existing customers. TThe Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services to potential and existing customers. The role requires an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts.
  • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products, including savings accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of the bank’s financial products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions based on their financial needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the bank’s values at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili.
