We are seeking a person to implement and optimize RTM strategies within assigned cluster, ensuring Company's products reach every viable outlet efficiently and effectively.

• Execute cluster-specific RTM plan developed by RTM Manager
• Train and audit distributor sales forces on coverage standards and processes
• Optimize route plans based on market dynamics and outlet density
• Solve last-mile distribution challenges unique to cluster
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and service levels
• Identify and develop new distribution channels and sub-distributors
• Conduct regular market coverage audits and gap analyses
• Report on RTM performance and improvement opportunities

• 3+ years field sales or distribution experience in similar market
• Deep knowledge of assigned cluster's trade and logistics landscape
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships with distributor teams
• Willingness to spend 80% time in field with distributors
• Active Driving licence
