We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Trip Coordinator to join our team in Arusha. This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient trip operations, from planning through to execution, while maintaining the highest service standards.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the company CRM system to ensure all trip details and bookings are accurately recorded and updated

• Meet and greet guests upon arrival or prior to their safari to ensure a smooth start to their experience

• Oversee daily trip coordination activities to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure all park fees, permits, and bookings are completed at least one week in advance

• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and park authorities to confirm services

• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to avoid disruptions

• Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure payments, confirmations, and documentation are properly handled

• Maintain clear internal communication and provide timely updates on trip status.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of tour operations and travel logistics

• Experience with booking or CRM systems

• Knowledge of Tanzanian parks, permits, and tourism operations (an added advantage)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
