The MEL Officer will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems, ensuring effective tracking of income growth, job creation, and climate-related outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop MEL frameworks and KPIs
- Oversee data collection and ensure quality
- Track performance and produce reports
- Generate insights for program improvement
- Support impact measurement and climate tracking
- Train staff on MEL tools
- Ensure donor compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3–5 years MEL experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with digital data tools
