We are looking for an energetic and ambitious junior professional to support our customer service and shipment coordination activities across customs clearance, airfreight, and ocean freight. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with 1–2 years of related experience who wants to grow in the logistics industry and build a strong career foundation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on shipment status and documentation.
  • Prepare and support documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, permits, and declarations.
  • Work closely with our customs brokers, airlines, shipping lines, and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.
  • Support tracking of airfreight and ocean freight shipments and proactively communicate ETAs, delays, and process requirements to customers.
  • Coordinate and compile records for import/export shipments and maintain accurate filing
  • Draft professional email responses and service updates with clarity and accuracy.
  • Learn and understand freight terms, HS codes, Incoterms, and clearance processes over time.
  • Escalate customer issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support on documentation, billing, and operational tasks.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree — preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, International Trade, or similar

Strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Excellent computer skills with strong capability in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong proficiency in professional email writing and documentation formatting.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or international trade (even introductory) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn customs and freight processes.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp processes quickly.
  • Positive attitude, service mindset, and willingness to “own” tasks
