The Mwanga Hakika Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a 1 Year structured program with the goal to equip 10 young and talented Tanzanians with the skills required in meeting current and future demands for the world of commercial banking. 6 Months of in class training and 6 months of on the job training. We aim to build future leaders within this business environment.

• The graduate trainee program offers a full rounded experience of the Banking Sector, successful individuals will be intensively trained,  coached and mentorship on the job training and exposed to various functions in the Mwanga Hakika Bank in preparation for next generation of transformational leaders as demanded by the World Bank.

• Must have attained First Degree in Data Science, Social Science, Economics and statistics, and other related field
• Must be a Fresh graduate of year 2022
• Must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Work/internship from reputable institutions is an added advantage
• Open to Tanzanian Citizens only
• Applicant must upload Copies of certified Academic Certificates i.e. Form Four, Six and University academic certificate/Transcript
