The Sales Network Coordinator will oversee the coordination and monitoring of field sales operations for the Two wheelers and Three wheelers (Motorcycles and Bajaj), ensuring effective communication between marketing, sales, and service teams. The role focuses on optimizing team performance, ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities, and maintaining operational efficiency across assigned regions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the daily operations of field staff, service technicians, and regional representatives.
  • Track and report field activities, including trial bike testing and seed unit deployment.
  • Coordinate and supervise regional promotional campaigns, events, and dealer activations.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and technical departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Organize and coordinate regular team meetings, including PGM events and review sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of team reports, sales performance, and field observations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Manage logistical support and communication flow across teams and regions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, branding guidelines, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, regional supervision, or operations management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian regional geography.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage field operations, and meet deadlines.
