We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing & Sales Associate to lead and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and brand development, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and experiential channels
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Lead social media, email marketing, and content creation efforts
  • Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new sales channels (restaurants, hotels, distributors, export markets)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Support pricing strategy, promotions, and sales forecasting
  • Represent the winery at tastings, events, and trade shows
  • Drive direct-to-consumer sales initiatives


Brand & Market Growth

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in local and international markets
  • Help shape the long-term growth strategy of the winery
  • Collaborate with production and leadership teams to align supply with demand

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (wine, beverage, luxury, or hospitality industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with international markets or export sales is a strong plus
