The Sales Executive serves as the company’s front-line representative across all assigned dealerships. The role is responsible for driving retail sales, ensuring brand visibility, strengthening dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective coordination, field marketing, and team motivation. The candidate applying for this role must have the direct experience in selling Motorcycles and Bajaj. (Two wheeler and three wheelers)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned dealerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective retail strategies and dealer support.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealerships to monitor sales activities, brand visibility, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with dealers to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support dealers in planning and executing retail marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Train, guide, and motivate dealer sales teams to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers and field teams.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Uphold company values by demonstrating punctuality, integrity, and professionalism in all engagements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or field marketing, preferably in the FMCG, oil, or retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Must have experience in selling and Marketing the Two wheelers and Three wheelers. (Motorcycle and Bajaj)
