To drive volume growth through cross-border trade dominance and efficient corridor management while establishing our brand as the brand of choice in agricultural communities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  •  Develop and execute trade strategy for the cluster
  • Manage the Morogoro-Dar corridor as key supply route with optimal efficiency
  • Design agricultural cycle-aligned promotions for farming communities
  • Build strong wholesale and sub-wholesaler networks in regional hubs
  • Achieve volume & Revenue targets with focus on affordable/core SKU penetration
  • Lead team operating in dispersed geographic areas with travel challenges
  •  Coordinate with customs and border authorities for smooth cross-border trade

Requirements

Requirements:


  • 5+ years FMCG experience in Southern Tanzania regions
  •  Understanding of cross-border trade dynamics and regulations
  • Experience managing agricultural community trade cycles
  • Strong negotiation skills with wholesale trade
  • Ability to speak local languages (Nyakyusa, Hehe)- Value additional to the candidate
  •  Active Driving License
